 9th San Diego International Childen's Film Festival
Present the Chinese Film Week Again in AMN Healthcare Center 

San Deigo, CA (July 11, 2012)  -- For the 4th year, in Cooperation with the Maeya Culture Exchange Group, the San Diego International Children's Film Festival ( SDICFF) is proud to present a select group of 14 films representing the varied geography and cultural heritage of China. Each film in its unique way illuminates a special and fundamental aspect of life as it's lived in China. They share a profound respect for their people's struggles, triumphs and the importance of children and family.


As with the past 3 years, a delegation of Chinese film makers, actors, producers and studio head will attend the SDICFF to support their productions. All films will be premiered to American audiences followed by Q&A sessions with the artistic team accompany each film. On Saturday, August 18, 2012, the "Producing films in China" panel discussion offer rare insight into the co-production world of China. On Sunday, August 19, 2012, the " Film Pitch & Catch" provide one to one meetings for projects. There is a willingness to share film resources between China and USA , and this 2 days of film block is a way for filmmakers to meet future partners and share their deal making tips and insights.
